We’re going all in on Google + Gemini.
We hit a point in the latter part of this year at Ten Past Tomorrow, where we felt enough was enough.
Using a hybrid setup to plug our AI chatbots into our email, file storage, and other key software tools was becoming too inefficient.
After looking at the friction honestly, we've made a pretty decisive call. We’re moving Ten Past Tomorrow to a fully Gemini + Google centred AI/software stack, and in the video essay I walk through an analysis of the four big reasons why I now think the AI game is Google’s to lose.
It’s not (only) about one model beating another, it’s about capital, compute, talent and data playing out in a way that puts Google in a position the others will struggle to match over the long run.
And even though we’re betting our house on Gemini + Google for our internal workflows, we’re still staying power users of Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude so we can serve every client on the platform they’ve chosen.
I’ve laid out the thinking as clearly as I can, because we know a lot of companies and teams are wrestling with this same decision.
Have a listen and see how it lines up with the similar choices you’ll no doubt be considering now, or considering soon.
