Path to AI Emergence is the full transformation. Ten months of structured work, where you're guided step-by-step by Mark through strategy, culture, policy, skill development, and your AI roadmap. It's where traction becomes real, organisation-wide AI capability.

Structured Async Content

Frameworks, readings, and case studies delivered through Maven. Around 1 - 1.5 hours per week of self-directed content, with a progress dashboard to track completion. Your team works through these at their own pace.

Monthly Live Session

60 minutes each month with Mark. Strategy, Q&A, working through your specific challenges.

These sessions are where the programme adapts to your organisation.

Always-On Access to Mark

Between sessions, your leadership team has async access to Mark for the questions that can't wait.
Plus a monthly executive briefing on what happened in AI that matters for your organisation.

Around 1 to 1.5 hours per week of self-directed content, plus one 60-minute live session per month.

MEET MARK LAURENCE

 

Mark is the founder and CEO of Ten Past Tomorrow. He's a trained futurist from the Institute for the Future, Silicon Valley.

He's worked with senior leadership teams from over a hundred New Zealand organisations, as well as three of our universities, helping them move from AI curiosity to real AI capability. His approach is practical, balanced, and built around real workflows and outcomes.

Mark leads every Path to AI Emergence session personally. Your team works with him directly for the full 10 months.

Yes. AI Emergence is a leadership and culture challenge. It requires the CEO to be engaged and visible. This isn't something that can be delegated.

What if we haven't done Rapid AI Traction yet?

R.A.I.T is the entry point. It's a one-month programme (~4 hours per week) that gives your leadership team the shared understanding and first wins they need before starting the Path. We'll start you there.

How much time does it take?

Around 1 - 1.5 hours per week of self-directed content, plus one 60-minute live session per month. It's designed to fit around real leadership schedules.
