The Academy runs on a simple subscription model designed to be fair, flexible, and easy for organisations to manage.

• Cost: $19 NZD per user per month.

• Pay only if they learn: A user is only charged if they log in and complete at least one lesson in that month. We do this to be fair. The Academy is a learning environment that people stay in, on an ongoing basis. Quite simply, this is the only way to stay up to date with AI. What you learn now, may be obsolete in 6 months as the tech advances. But we don't want to hold you to ransom. By charging organisations only for their people who have used the Academy each month, we have found a fair and equitable system which we are proud of.  

• Consolidated billing: At the end of each month your company receives a single invoice covering only the employees who actively used the Academy.

Every company has one administrator account. That person controls enrolments by sending out invites to their people. When an employee tries to create an account, the administrator approves it before access is granted. This keeps everything clean, centralised, and under your control.
